ส่วนขยายอ่านอะไรบ้าง

เมื่อเข้า Facebook หรือ YouTube ตามปกติ (หลังจากคุณอนุญาตแล้ว) สคริปต์ของส่วนขยายจะโหลดขึ้นมาเพื่อเช็คว่ามีการเรียงคลิปรอเริ่มอยู่หรือไม่ ถ้าไม่มีก็จะไม่ทำอะไรจนกว่าคุณจะเปิด popup

นอกจากนี้ไม่เก็บอะไรเลย ทั้งข้อความแชต ข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ คุกกี้ และข้อมูลจากเว็บอื่น

ประมวลผลที่ไหน และเก็บอะไรไว้บ้าง

ในแท็บ ในหน่วยความจำ การเก็บข้อมูล การเรียง คะแนน outlier และการส่งออกไฟล์ เกิดขึ้นในแท็บ Instagram, TikTok, Facebook หรือ YouTube ที่คุณเริ่มเรียงทั้งหมด โพสต์ที่เก็บมาอยู่ในหน่วยความจำของแท็บนั้น เพื่อให้เรียงใหม่ได้โดยไม่ต้องเก็บใหม่ และจะหายไปเมื่อปิดหรือรีโหลดแท็บ ตัวเลือกการเรียงของแถบเครื่องมือก็เก็บแบบเดียวกัน คือเป็นค่าในหน่วยความจำ อยู่ได้ตอนกริดถูกวาดใหม่ แต่ไม่ถูกบันทึกไว้ที่ไหน

ส่วนขยายส่งอะไรออกไปบ้าง

ไม่ส่งอะไรเกี่ยวกับคุณ เว้นแต่คุณใช้ฟีเจอร์ AI ที่ไม่บังคับ นอกจากฟีเจอร์นั้น (อธิบายในหัวข้อของมันเองด้านล่าง) ส่วนขยายไม่ติดต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของผู้พัฒนา และไม่ติดต่อใครนอกจากเว็บที่มันเรียง ทุก build ถูกตรวจเรื่องนี้: scripts/verify-dist.mjs จะไม่ผ่านถ้าสคริปต์ใดของส่วนขยายอ้างถึงโฮสต์อื่นนอกจาก www.instagram.com, www.tiktok.com, www.facebook.com, web.facebook.com, www.youtube.com และสำหรับ AI เท่านั้น คือ accounts.google.com และ pang-api.barkbrainlab.com ส่วนขยายไม่ส่งคำขอของตัวเองไปที่ Facebook หรือ YouTube

ส่วนขยายส่งคำขอของตัวเองแค่กรณีเดียว คือ เมื่อคุณบันทึกคลิป TikTok หรือกด Transcript บนการ์ด hover จะดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ซับอัตโนมัติของคลิปนั้นจาก TikTok ซึ่งเป็นไฟล์เดียวกับที่เครื่องเล่นของ TikTok โหลดเมื่อคุณเปิดคำบรรยาย เพื่อให้คลังคลิปแสดง Hook, Body และ CTA ของคลิปได้ ถ้าข้อมูลฟีดไม่มีที่อยู่ของไฟล์ซับ หรือที่อยู่หมดอายุแล้ว จะโหลดหน้าคลิปบน TikTok ก่อนเพื่อหาที่อยู่ ซึ่งเหมือนกับการเปิดดูคลิปนั้นตามปกติ ทั้งสองคำขอไปที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ TikTok เท่านั้น เกิดขึ้นเฉพาะคลิปที่คุณบันทึกหรือกด Transcript และไม่ส่งข้อมูลอื่นนอกจากคำขอหน้าเว็บและไฟล์ตามปกติ ข้อความซับจะถูกเก็บไว้กับคลิปในคลังบนเครื่องนี้ ถ้ากด Transcript โดยไม่บันทึก ข้อความจะแสดงบนการ์ด อยู่ในหน่วยความจำของแท็บ และหายไปเมื่อปิดแท็บ

ปุ่ม คัดลอก prompt สำหรับ AI ในคลังคลิปจะวาง prompt สำเร็จรูป (โปรไฟล์ ยอดต่างๆ แคปชัน ซับ และโน้ตของคุณ) ไว้ในคลิปบอร์ด เพื่อให้คุณนำไปวางในแชต AI ที่เลือกเอง ส่วนขยายไม่ได้ส่ง prompt นี้ไปไหน หลังจากคุณวางแล้วเป็นเรื่องระหว่างคุณกับบริการนั้น

สิ่งที่คุณจะเห็นใน network log ของเบราว์เซอร์ระหว่างเรียงคลิป คือคำขอของเว็บเอง

การส่งออกไฟล์ ไฟล์ CSV, Excel และ JSON ถูกสร้างภายในแท็บ แล้วส่งให้เบราว์เซอร์ดาวน์โหลดตามปกติ บันทึกไว้ที่โฟลเดอร์ดาวน์โหลดของคุณ ไม่ได้อัปโหลดไปไหน ไฟล์ CSV และ Excel มีหนึ่งแถวต่อหนึ่งโพสต์ ได้แก่ โปรไฟล์ ลิงก์ วันที่ ยอดต่างๆ คะแนน outlier และแคปชัน ส่วนไฟล์ JSON มีทุกช่องข้างต้น บวกลิงก์และคะแนน outlier ของแต่ละโพสต์ ค่ากลางที่ใช้คิดคะแนน และเวลาที่ส่งออก หลังจากนั้นไฟล์เป็นของคุณ

AI วิเคราะห์และบัญชีของคุณ (ไม่บังคับ)

การเข้าสู่ระบบ ปุ่ม เข้าสู่ระบบเพื่อใช้ AI ในคลังคลิปจะเปิดหน้าเข้าสู่ระบบของ Google เองในหน้าต่างเบราว์เซอร์ Google จะขอให้คุณแชร์ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานกับ Pang Everyday ได้แก่ ID บัญชี Google อีเมล และชื่อ (scope openid, email, profile) จากนั้น Google จะให้ token เข้าสู่ระบบที่ใช้ได้ 1 ชั่วโมง ส่วนขยายเก็บ token และอีเมลไว้ในพื้นที่ของตัวเอง (chrome.storage.local คีย์ sfb:account) และต่ออายุ token ให้เองเมื่อหมดอายุ ออกจากระบบ จะลบทั้งสองอย่างออกจากเบราว์เซอร์นี้ เราไม่เคยเห็นรหัสผ่าน Google ของคุณ และเข้าถึง Gmail, Drive หรืออะไรอื่นในบัญชีของคุณไม่ได้

เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเก็บอะไรเกี่ยวกับคุณ เมื่อคุณใช้ AI ครั้งแรก เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา (pang-api.barkbrainlab.com) จะบันทึก ID บัญชี Google อีเมล และชื่อของคุณ เวลาที่เข้าสู่ระบบครั้งแรก และเวลาที่ใช้ครั้งล่าสุด และนับจำนวนครั้งที่คุณวิเคราะห์ในแต่ละวัน เพื่อใช้กับโควตาฟรีวันละ 20 ครั้ง ตัวเลขรายวันเหล่านี้จะถูกลบหลัง 30 วัน และมีตัวนับรวมทุกการวิเคราะห์ต่อวันแยกต่างหาก ซึ่งไม่มีข้อมูลว่าใครเป็นคนใช้ เพื่อป้องกันค่าใช้จ่ายบานปลาย และนับปริมาณข้อความ (token) ที่โมเดล AI อ่านและเขียนต่อวันแยกตามโมเดล ซึ่งก็ไม่มีข้อมูลว่าใครใช้เช่นกัน เพื่อดูว่า AI มีค่าใช้จ่ายเท่าไร เราใช้อีเมลของคุณเพื่อให้บริการ และติดต่อคุณเกี่ยวกับบริการ (เช่น เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยุติบริการ) เราไม่ขายและไม่แชร์อีเมลเพื่อการโฆษณา

Pang Everyday is a browser extension for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome that sorts Instagram and TikTok profile feeds, the Reels tab of Facebook pages and the Videos and Shorts tabs of YouTube channels, and keeps a library of the clips you choose to save. It is a fork of Open Feed Sorter by Andrea Dorizza (MIT licence). Sorting, saving, notes and exports need no account and no server: the extension reads what those sites have already sent to your tab and works on it inside your browser, and none of that is sent to the developer.

One feature is different and optional: Analyse with AI. If you sign in with Google and press that button on a saved clip, the clip's details and your brand settings go to our server so an AI model can answer. What that involves is set out in Optional: AI analysis and your account. If you never sign in, none of it applies.

The rest of this page says exactly what that means. Every statement here describes the code of this extension, which is shipped unminified so you can read it for yourself.

What the extension reads

On an ordinary visit to Facebook or YouTube, once you have allowed it, its scripts load, check whether a sort is waiting to start, and otherwise do nothing until you open the popup.

On Instagram and TikTok, the hover card reads the profile feed as you browse. So that pointing at a post on a profile grid can show its views, likes and comments without sorting first, the extension reads the same feed responses it reads during a sort (listed below), as the site fetches them for its own grid, and keeps the same details about each post in that tab's memory. It makes no request for this, keeps nothing once the tab is closed or reloaded, and sends none of it anywhere. The tiles' own markup is not copied. You can turn the hover card off in the popup ("Show stats when you point at a post"); the choice is stored in the extension's storage under sfb:hover.

Facebook and YouTube are off until you turn them on. The extension has no access to either when installed. The popup offers a button for each that asks your browser for access — www.facebook.com and web.facebook.com for Facebook, www.youtube.com for YouTube; only if you accept does the extension run there. You can take that access back at any time from the browser's extension settings, and the extension stops running on that site straight away.

When you open the popup, it reads the address of the active tab to tell whether you are on a supported site, on a profile page, and whose. The browser only lets the extension see the address of tabs on sites it has access to; on any other site the popup cannot tell where you are, and just offers links to the sites (and the Facebook and YouTube buttons, if you have not allowed them yet).

When you start a sort, and only in that tab, it reads:

Nothing else is kept: not your messages, your login details or your cookies, and nothing from any other website.

Where it is processed, and what is stored

In the tab, in memory. Collecting, sorting, outlier scores and exports all happen inside the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube tab you started the sort in. The collected posts are held in that tab's memory so you can re-sort them without collecting again, and they are gone when you close or reload the tab. The toolbar's current sort choice is kept the same way — a value in memory, so it survives the grid being redrawn — and is not saved anywhere.

One thing is written down, briefly. Starting a sort reloads the tab, because the site only sends a profile's first page once, when the page loads. To survive that reload, the settings you chose — the site, which of the profile's tabs (Posts, Reels or Videos), the sort, how many posts or which date range, and when the sort started — are saved in the tab's session storage under the key sfb:run. The reloaded page deletes that entry as soon as it picks it up, normally within seconds, and session storage is cleared when the tab closes in any case. It never holds any post data. Session storage belongs to the site, so Instagram's or TikTok's own scripts could see that entry while it exists.

The popup and the library remember your language. The choice between Thai and English is stored in the extension's own local storage under the key sfb:locale. It says nothing about what you sorted or saved.

The clip library keeps what you save. When you press the bookmark on a sorted clip, the extension stores that post in its own extension storage (chrome.storage.local, key sfb:library): the post's link, profile name, caption, posting date, the counts and outlier score at the moment you saved it, its thumbnail address, the idea title and note you type, and — for TikTok clips — the text and timing of the clip's auto-generated captions. Nothing is saved for posts you don't bookmark. This storage belongs to the extension, so Instagram and TikTok cannot read it; it stays in this browser unless you turn on backup & sync (below), is never synced otherwise or uploaded, and the browser deletes it when you remove the extension. You can delete any clip from the library page at any time. Project folders you create are stored the same way, under sfb:folders (and the folders you picked at your last save under sfb:lastFolders), and briefs you plan under sfb:briefs.

"My brands" stays here too. The brands you describe for the AI (name, what it does, audience, goal, tone, main platform) are stored the same way, under sfb:brands, and are only sent when you press Analyse with AI.

Beyond that, the extension uses no IndexedDB or cookies. Nothing it handles about a profile or its posts outlives the tab unless you bookmark it.

What it sends

Nothing about you, unless you use the optional AI analysis. Apart from that feature (described in its own section below), the extension contacts no server run by the developer and no one other than the sites it sorts. Every build is checked for this: scripts/verify-dist.mjs fails if any of the extension's scripts refers to a host other than www.instagram.com, www.tiktok.com, www.facebook.com, web.facebook.com, www.youtube.com, and — for the AI analysis only — accounts.google.com and pang-api.barkbrainlab.com. It makes no requests of its own to Facebook or YouTube.

It makes requests of its own in one case only: when you save a TikTok clip, or press Transcript on the hover card, it downloads that clip's auto-generated caption file from TikTok — the same file TikTok's own player loads when you switch captions on — so the library can show the clip's Hook, Body and CTA. If the sorted feed did not include the caption file's address, or the address has expired, it first loads the clip's own TikTok page to find it, the same request opening the clip makes. Both go only to TikTok's servers, only for clips you save or press Transcript on, and send nothing but those ordinary page and file requests. The caption text is stored with the clip in the library on this device; for a clip you only press Transcript on without saving it, the text is shown on the card, kept in the tab's memory, and gone when the tab closes.

The library's Copy AI prompt button puts a ready-made prompt — the clip's profile, counts, caption, captions and your note — on your clipboard so you can paste it into an AI chat of your choice. The extension does not send it anywhere; what happens after you paste it is between you and that service.

What you will see in your browser's network log during a sort is the site itself:

Exports — CSV, Excel and JSON — are generated inside the tab and handed to your browser as an ordinary download, saved wherever your browser saves files. They are not uploaded anywhere. CSV and Excel files have one row per post: profile, link, date, counts, outlier score and caption. A JSON file has every field listed above plus each post's link and outlier score, the baseline the scores were measured against, and when it was exported. What happens to the file after that is up to you.

Optional: AI analysis and your account

Signing in. The library's Sign in to use AI opens Google's own sign-in page in a browser window. Google asks you to share your basic profile with Pang Everyday: your Google account ID, email address and name (scopes openid, email, profile). Google then gives the extension a sign-in token that lasts an hour. The extension keeps that token and your email in its own storage (chrome.storage.local, key sfb:account) and renews the token quietly when it expires. Sign out removes them from this browser. We never see your Google password and get no access to your Gmail, Drive or anything else in your account.

What our server keeps about you. When you first use the AI, our server (pang-api.barkbrainlab.com) records your Google account ID, email address and name, when you first signed in and when you last used it. It also counts how many analyses you ran each day, to apply the free limit of 20 a day; those daily counts are deleted after 30 days. A separate count of all analyses per day, with nothing about who ran them, protects the service from runaway costs; alongside it, per day and per AI model, we count how much text (tokens) the model read and wrote, again with nothing about who, to see what the AI costs. We use your email to run the service and to contact you about it (for example if it changes or ends). We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

What is sent when you press Analyse with AI. Only then, and only for that clip, the extension sends our server the clip's platform, the creator's handle, the caption, the auto-generated captions with their timings, your note, the view, like and comment counts and the outlier score, plus the brand you picked (name, what it does, audience, goal, tone, main platform) and your language. Your idea title, the post's link and everything about other clips stay in your browser. Our server checks and limits every field, builds the question from its own template, and sends it to an AI model that writes the answer. Today that is Qwen, through the 9arm gateway. To keep answers good and the cost reasonable we may switch to other models or providers, or try the same kind of question on more than one to compare them — for example through OpenRouter, which passes it on to the company that runs the chosen model. Whichever model answers receives only that question, built from the fields above: never your email, name or Google account ID. Each provider handles it under its own terms. We do not use what you send to train any AI model. The answer comes back to the extension and is saved on that clip in your library on this device. The analysis itself keeps nothing on our server: not the clip, your brand or the answer (unless you turn on backup & sync, below, which backs up your whole library, answers included).

Backup & sync (optional, off until you turn it on). Signed in, you can choose Turn on sync in the library (it is also offered once, the first time you sign in). From then on, each change you make — saving or deleting a clip, editing an idea or note, captions, AI answers, folders, briefs, brands, the active brand and the folders last picked when saving — is sent to our server a few seconds later, and other computers signed in to the same Google account receive it. What is kept is exactly what the library holds on your device (listed under "The clip library keeps what you save" above, plus folders and brands), stored with your Google account ID, the time of each change, and markers for what you deleted so other devices delete it too. Limits: 10,000 items per account. Turning sync off asks whether to delete the server copy; signing out stops sync on that device but keeps the copy for your next sign-in; Delete my data deletes it.

Where. The server runs on Vercel in Singapore; the account and count records are kept in a Neon Postgres database in Singapore.

Deleting your data. Delete my data, next to Sign out in the library, deletes your account record (Google ID, email, name, dates), your backed-up library if you used sync, and your past daily counts from our server and signs you out. Today's count is kept until the end of the day so the daily limit still holds, then removed with the rest. You can also email hello@barkbrainlab.com and we will delete it for you. To also remove Pang Everyday's access in your Google account, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Bug reports

The popup has two feedback controls. Neither sends anything by itself.

If you email us, we receive what you write and your email address, and use them only to answer you.

Third parties

There is no analytics, advertising, tracking, crash reporting or third-party code in the extension, and no data is sold. Pang Everyday's handling of data complies with the Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer policies and the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Without the AI analysis, the only services involved are Instagram, TikTok and — if you allow them — Facebook and YouTube themselves, which you are already using. Their own privacy policies cover your use of their sites.

If you use the AI analysis or backup & sync, these services also take part, each only for those features: Google (sign-in), Vercel (runs our server), Neon (stores the account, count and — with sync on — backup records) and the AI model provider that writes the answer from what you sent: today the 9arm gateway (Qwen). If we switch models or compare them, the question may go to other providers instead, such as OpenRouter and the company running the model it routes to; this page will name the provider in use.

Permissions

The extension asks the browser for access to two sites and for its own storage at install, and for Facebook and YouTube only when you press the button that asks for each:

The install prompt shows the two sites as Read and change your data on www.instagram.com and www.tiktok.com; storage, scripting, identity and unlimitedStorage add no warning. Facebook and YouTube are each asked for separately, with their own browser prompt, and never at install. There are no other permissions: no access to other websites, your browsing history, your downloads or any other part of the browser.

The welcome page

When you first install the extension, it opens a getting-started page. That page is packaged inside the extension; it loads nothing from the internet and records nothing. It links to barkbrainlab.com, to our Ko-fi page, to the original Open Feed Sorter project and to our contact email, and those open only if you click them.

Children

Pang Everyday is not directed at children under 13, and the AI analysis is not offered to them. Apart from that optional feature, the developer receives no information about anyone who uses it.

Changes to this policy

If a change affects what the extension reads, stores or sends, this page is updated, the date at the top changes, and the store listing's notes for the version that makes the change say so. If an update ever adds a permission with a new warning, the browser disables the extension until you approve it.
