Build the land together. Score it for yourself.
Take turns laying one tile at a time, joining roads, forts and dungeons into one map, and send your adventurers to claim the things you think will get finished. When the tiles run out, the highest score wins.

Each turn you get one tile to attach to the map, edges matching: fort to fort, road to road. The game shows every spot where it fits.
On a fort it is a knight, on a road a merchant, in a dungeon a priest, in a field a hunter. Finish the thing and it scores at once.
Join your fort to one another guild has claimed and both of you score when it closes — so nobody plays alone on their side of the map.
A short, medium or long game for the time you have, and an optional river start that stretches the map from the very first turn.
Tap a green spot, rotate if you like, confirm.
Optional: one onto the tile you just placed.
Anything finished this turn scores now, and its adventurers come home.
